Mr. Lewisasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether he is now in a position to make a further statement on the allegations that the Bonn Government are, contrary to the Potsdam Agreement, employing about 200 persons as judges and public prosecutors who were personally concerned as judges in the infliction of death and other heavy sentences during the Nazi régime.
