§ 41. Mr. Jannerasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs when the order will be made for distribution of the fund obtained by the United Kingdom Government from Bulgaria under the agreement of 1955 in settlement of claims of British nationals against Bulgaria and Bulgarian nationals.
§ Mr. Ian HarveyThe drafting of such an Order in Council under the Foreign Compensation Act, 1950, has now reached the final stages, but I cannot forecast when it may be made.
