§ Mr. GodberMy right hon. Friend is aware of the acclimatisation problem to which the hon. Member refers and I understand it has been taken into account for the purposes of valuation. My right hon. Friend does not think any useful purpose would be served at this stage by consulting agricultural organisations, since there is a well-established procedure for appeals against valuations.
