Full consultation between the United Kingdom Government and the New Zealand Government shall, as provided in this Article, take place in respect of their agricultural production and marketing policies, the food import policy of the United Kingdom Government and other related matters. The two Governments will in each year exchange statements of agricultural production trends; and each will give full weight to the views of the other in the formulation of their production, marketing and import policies relating to agriculture.

For the purpose of the above provisions, representatives of the two Governments will meet in November of each year. Arrangements will also be made at the request of either Government to hold additional meetings at any time for the purpose of joint consultation.
