§ Sir E. BoyleThe holders of State studentships for post-graduate awards in Arts subjects and of comparable awards from the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research will not be subject to a parental means test. I cannot estimate the sum involved in taking account of the student's own resources, but it is likely to be small.
