HC Deb 14 March 1957 vol 566 cc199-200W
67. Mr. Russell

asked the President of the Board of Trade if, in order that the advantages and disadvantages of the Anglo-Australian Trade Agreement of 26th February may be more easily appreciated, he will publish in the OFFICIAL REPORT a list of the items in Schedule B in a form in which they can be understood without reference to the Australian Customs Tariff, together with the new rates of preference.

Sir D. Eccles

I am arranging for the publication in an early issue of the Board of Trade Journal of an explanatory note on the provisions of Article 7 and Schedule B of the United Kingdom-Australia Trade Agreement. Meanwhile, I would refer my hon. Friend to the short descriptions of these goods published in the OFFICIAL REPORT on 12th November, 1956, Vol. 560, c. 559–569.
