§ Mr. L. Thomasasked the Minister of Health whether registered medical practitioners are required in their terms of service to provide free, and without question, certificates required under the Representation of the People Act, 1949, to allow disabled persons to vote by post.
§ Mr. VosperThis certificate is included among those which a general practitioner is required by his terms of service to issue free of charge if reasonably required by his patient.
