§ 84. Mr. Randallasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department what consideration he is giving to amending the Heating Appliances (Fireguards) Regulations, 1953, in view of the representations made to him by the Gateshead Borough Council.
§ Mr. R. A. ButlerThe suggestion made by the Gateshead Borough Council is for an amendment of Section 1 of the Heating Appliances (Fireguards) Act, 1952, not of the Regulations made under the Act, and I propose to communicate with the council on the matter.
