§ Mr. MaclayA draft of Regulations governing compensation to officers was sent to the trade unions and other organisations concerned in November last for comment and a few replies have still to be received. My noble Friend, the Minister of Power, and I will lay the draft Regulations before Parliament as soon as the process of consultation has been completed. No regulations are necessary for compensation to members of Boards.
