§ Mr. Selwyn LloydThe purpose of the Association is to represent the interests of the members—the most substantial users of the Canal—to whom proper arrangements for dues and charges are naturally of the greatest importance. Discussions are in progress on this subject, about which I cannot comment in detail at present.
