asked the Prime Minister what is the estimated maximum area within which human beings, following the crash of a plane loaded with unarmed hydrogen bombs, may be subject to death or injury from plutonium, plutonium oxide or alpha rays emitted from the source.

As I have stated on several occasions, any hazard will be localised and there is little serious danger from this type of accident.
