asked the Postmaster-General why draw tickets for the Wallasey Conservative Association are being sold at certain post offices in Wallasey; and if he will grant the same facilities to the Wallasey Labour Party.

The sales at this sub post office were made in contravention of Post Office rules and have been stopped. The same rules prevent me from meeting the request in the last part of the Question.
