§ Mr. Patrick Maitlandasked the Secretary of State for Scotland whether he is aware that a motor car struck the parapet of Cander Bridge, Stonehouse, Lanarkshire, on 17th November and was flung down the 70-foot gulley beneath; and what was the cause of the accident.
