Mr. Ernest Davies

asked the Minister of Transport and Civil Aviation on which road schemes included in lists published on 2nd February 1955, 27th July 1955 and 28th November 1956, work has started; for which authorisation has been given but work not started; and which have not yet been authorised.

The following table shows which of the schemes in England and Wales in the lists referred to have been started or authorised. Scottish schemes are now the responsibility of my right hon. Friend, the Secretary of State for Scotland.
