§ 50. Mr. Lewisasked the Prime Minister whether he will give an assurance that during the Summer Recess he will not send British troops into war, or into action to prevent or stop a war, until such time as he has discussed the cause of such intended action with the Leaders of the Labour, Liberal and Independent Conservative opposition parties in the House of Commons.
