§ 63. Mr. K. Robinsonasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies if he will now end the state of emergency in Cyprus in view of Archbishop Makarios' statement of 22nd March, in order that negotiations can be resumed with representatives of the Cypriot people in a peaceful atmosphere.
