§ Mr. Biggs-Davisonasked the Postmaster-General whether, in view of the popularity of light-blue writing paper, he will arrange for post offices to sell stamped envelopes in that shade.
Dr. HillYes. Light-blue stamped envelopes will be put on sale at all post offices on 11th June. They will be square-shaped and will eventually replace the cream-coloured envelopes of that shape.
