Mr. WardAs the hon. Member will realise, it would not be in the public interest to reveal war planning details and I must, therefore, confine myself to repeating what has already been made public, namely, that we no longer see sufficient use for most of the naval installations in the Orkneys, either in peace or in war, to justify the expense of their retention.
