§ 52. Mr. S. O. Daviesasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether he will reconsider the decision that Great Britain should take part in the large scale combined naval exercises of the South-East Asia Treaty Organisation Powers to be staged shortly in the Gulf of Siam, in view of the fact that such exercises in that part of the world will add to international tension.
