Mr. Skeffingtonasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies if he is aware that the provisions of the Merchant Shipping Act, 1894, are inapplicable to the circumstances of the present claim of the Government of Bermuda for certain wreck treasure; and if he will instruct the Government to discontinue this claim.
