HC Deb 15 February 1956 vol 548 c266W
74. Lieut.-Colonel Bromley-Davenport

asked the Secretary of State for the Colonies what arrangements are being made for Reginald Poole who was recently found guilty on a murder charge in Honiara to appeal.

Mr. Lennox-Boyd

Reginald Poole has the right to appeal up to 2nd March and I understand that, although he has not yet put in an application, he has stated to a prison visitor that he wishes to appeal. The defence counsel is aware of the position.
