§ 109. Mr. Ernest Daviesasked the Minister of Transport and Civil Aviation whether he will give an assurance that the Government's announced road programme under which schemes costing £120 millions would be authorised in the next three financial years and work commenced at the earliest opportunity on certain essential motorways, will not be delayed in any way and will be fully implemented; and whether he will now give some indication of the cost of the schemes which it is intended to authorise in each of the next three financial years.
