§ Mr. Ormsby-GoreThe Primitiva Gas Company of Buenos Aires was expropriated in 1944. Since then, Her Majesty's Government have made representations to the Argentine Government on numerous occasions, asking that early and satisfactory compensation be paid to the company. Representations in this sense were made to Doctor Mendez Delfino in August. If no settlement of the company's claim has been reached by the time that negotiations with the Mission are resumed, the matter will be raised with Doctor Delfino once again.
