asked the Secretary of State for War the units at present serving in the Gold Coast; the number of British officers and other ranks serving there; and the total size of the forces.

The only British unit is a Royal Signals unit of 2 officers and 31 other ranks. The Gold Coast military forces consist of 3 Infantry Battalions, a field battery Royal Artillery and supporting units. 184 British officers and 222 British other ranks are serving with them.
