asked the President of the Board of Trade whether he will authorise the Export Credits Guarantee Department to modify, in respect of constructional projects in overseas countries, its stipulation regarding acceptance of the works and to treat periodical certificates as acceptance of the works to the full extent of the value shown in the certificates.
