§ Mr. H. BrookeParagraph 763 of the Report of the Royal Commission on the Civil Service relates only to the pension position of those former employees of the Imperial War Graves Commission who later became established as civil servants. Any change on the lines suggested would involve legislation, and the matter will be considered when an opportunity occurs.
