§ Mr. HareAll territories for whose administration my right hon. Friend is responsible have sterling balances of one sort or another. A summary of these is published regularly in the Digest of Colonial Statistics, the latest copy of which, No. 25, appeared on 17th April, 1956. Detailed figures for each territory, however, are not published.
