§ Mr. Haymanasked the Minister of Education whether he will indicate his policy on school-life agreements, in view of the inability of the Central Advisory Council for Education (England) in their Report on early leaving, paragraph 185, to recommend their general adoption.
§ Mr. VosperMy right hon. Friend does not wish to interfere with the arrangements of those authorities that find school-life agreements of value, but for the reasons given in the Report of the Central Advisory Council, he will not recommend their general adoption.
