§ 30. Mr. Snowasked the Under-Secretary of State for Air if he will order a Departmental inquiry into the handling of the various claims submitted by Mr. R. E. Harrison of Rugeley, Staffordshire, details of which have been sent to him; and whether he is satisfied that his Departmental records concerning the emergency transfer of Royal Air Force personnel from Singapore to Australia in 1942 are adequate enough to justify the rejection of Mr. Harrison's claims.
Mr. WardMr. Harrison's claims have been considered very fully, and I am satisfied that he has been paid all the money to which he is entitled.
