§ 102. Mr. Goochasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government whether he is aware of the substantial fall of cliff at Ostend Gap, Walcott-on-Sea, Norfolk; and if he will expedite a decision on the coast protection scheme submitted to him by the Smallburgh Rural District Council.
