§ Mr. Braineasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether he will now say who have been appointed as Fiscal, Civil Service and Judicial Commissioners in connection with British Caribbean Federation.
§ Mr. Lennox-BoydI am glad to say that the following gentlemen have agreed to serve as Chairman of the three Commissions:
Fiscal Commission—Sir Sydney Caine, K.C.M.G.
Civil Service Preparatory Commission—Sir James Robertson, K.C.M.G., K.B.E.
Judicial Commission—Sir Allan Smith, M.C.
The other members of the Commissions will be appointed by the West Indian Governments concerned.
