asked the Secretary of State for the Colonies what progress has been made in respect of the implementation of constitutional reforms in Uganda.

Mr. Lennox-Boyd

The proposed changes in the Executive Council of Uganda will require minor amendments to the Constitutional Instruments, which are now being prepared for submission to Her Majesty.
