§ Mr. Boyd-CarpenterThe preliminary procedure in connection with new road 287W construction is necessarily somewhat lengthy, since it incorporates adequate safeguards for the interests of those affected, but I will ensure that as far as practicable simultaneous action is taken on the various things to be done.
