§ Mr. J. StuartI have received representations from the River Tweed Commissioners that damage is being done by grey seals to salmon fishings in the Tweed District. As these seals breed on Farne Island, I am consulting my right hon. Friend the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food on the matter.
