§ Mr. Patrick Maitlandasked the Secretary of State for Scotland whether he has come to a decision regarding approval of the proposal by the East Kilbride Development Corporation to provide further omnibus shelters in the new town, and what advice he has given to the 340W Corporation about the provision of these amenities.
§ Mr. J. StuartI have been unable to approve the proposal because the general provision of bus shelters in new towns is not a responsibility of the Development Corporations.
