Dr. Kingasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether in view of the recent Soviet proposal that the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics is prepared to ban further atomic and nuclear bomb tests if other countries will do the same, he will make a similar declaration on behalf of this country.
