§ 98. Mr. Gowerasked the Under-Secretary of State for Air if he will revoke the decision to post to Cyprus 2764464 Aircraftman H. L. Brock, 26, Crossways Street, Barry, in view of the indifferent health of his mother, Mrs. Frances Brock, and medical opinions stated thereon.
Mr. WardI regret that it is not possible to exempt this airman from overseas service, for the reasons which I have explained to my hon. Friend in correspondence with him.

§ 99. Mr. Ness Edwardsasked the Under-Secretary of State for Air if he is yet in a position to let the right hon. Member for Caerphilly have a reply to his inquiry of 9th November last, relative to the penalties imposed on an airman who obtained an early release, details of which were passed to him in a letter of that date.
Mr. WardI have now written to the right hon. Member to explain why the airman was not entitled to the benefits he has in mind.
