Mr. Awberyasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government if he is aware of the delays in the building of a large block of flats in Redcliffe Ward, Bristol, because of the shortage of steel; and if he will take steps to accelerate the supply of steel needed for foundation reinforcement work so that this essential work can proceed.
