§ Mr. TurtonNo. Dr. Franca was appointed by the administering Power and my right hon. Friend sees no reason for interfering in this matter. So far as I am aware the only protests on this matter have been directed to the United Nations, and have emanated from one political party, the Hialloia Digilmirifle.
