§ 63. Lady Tweedsmuirasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether a settlement has yet been reached in the Icelandic fisheries dispute.
§ Mr. TurtonA meeting was held in Paris on 1st December of the special group of the Organisation for European Economic Co-operation which is trying to find a solution of this regrettable dispute. The Swiss Chairman of the Group put forward certain suggestions for the consideration of the two Governments. Her Majesty's Government will study these suggestions carefully.
