§ 102. Mr. McKibbinasked the Under-Secretary of State for Commonwealth Relations whether, in view of the fact there have been armed raids on two British Army barracks in Northern Ireland recently and that, in at least one case, there is evidence that some of the participants have taken refuge in Eire, he will now consider taking steps to conclude an extradition agreement between Eire and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and North Ireland.
