§ 69. Mr. Wadeasked the Attorney-General whether he will institute an inquiry into the constitution of agricultural land tribunals and the procedure which is followed in the appointing of members of such tribunals.
The Attorney-GeneralNo. This House has recently considered the provisions governing the appointment of members of these tribunals and changes, which are now embodied in the Agriculture (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1954, were made in relation to the appointment of nominated members.
