§ Mr. Wadeasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs (1) whether in order to facilitate the work of the United Nations Technical Assistance Board Her Majesty's Government will instruct its representative at the United Nations to 158W propose that nations contributing to the Technical Assistance Programme should give an undertaking to contribute a specified amount annually for a period of not less than three years;
(2) whether in view of the need of the less developed countries for international technical aid, Her Majesty's Government will increase its grant to the United Nations Technical Assistance Programme for the coming year.
