§ Major Lloyd GeorgeA justice may claim a lodging allowance of 37s. 6d. in London and 30s. elsewhere if his duties necessitate his obtaining overnight accommodation. He may claim the amount of his fare if he travels by public transport and a mileage allowance at rates which vary according to the circumstances if he uses a private motor vehicle.
