§ Mr. G. R. Straussasked the Minister of Works whether he will give an assurance that the Atomic Energy Commission will give his Department the same opportunities for constructing its new buildings as will be afforded to private contractors.
§ Mr. BirchNo change is being made in the arrangements for the actual construction of buildings, which will continue to be undertaken by firms under contract. So far as design and supervision are concerned, I would refer the right hon. Member to my answer to his Question on 26th October, 1954, which explains the present position.
