68. Sir W. Smirhersasked the Minister of Agriculture in view of his decision to regard the reference, under Section 11 of the Agriculture Act, 1947, to the maintenance of a reasonable standard of efficient production as requiring costs and returns to be taken into account, what steps he has taken to ascertain from the Inland Revenue Department the names and addresses of those farmers who have consistently farmed at a loss.
