Hyndasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether he will seek to secure an agreement with the South African Government under which that Government will transfer Northern Rhodesia nationals convicted in South Africa to serve their sentences in Northern Rhodesia, in reciprocation for the provisions of Northern Rhodesia Ordinance No. 54 of 1953.
