asked the Minister of Education whether she has considered the recent Report of the Government Actuary on the Teacher's Superannuation (Accepted Schools) Scheme; and what action she proposes to take.

Yes. I hope shortly to lay before Parliament an amending Scheme to reduce the rate of contribution from 12½ per cent. to 12 per cent. in accordance with the Government Actuary's advice in paragraph 9 of his Report.
