§ Mr. MolsonNo. The figure will depend on the circumstances prevailing when we think that some part of the limited funds available for roads can justifiably be used for this and similar purposes.
§ 87. Mr. Teelingasked the Minister of Transport and Civil Aviation how many toll bridges remain in Great Britain; if he will give an estimate of their annual revenue; and whether he will give a list of toll briges which were relieved of the toll in recent years, giving the reasons for the relief.
§ Mr. MolsonAccording to the records of my Department there are 52 toll bridges in Great Britain. I cannot estimate the annual revenue. The following bridges are recorded in my Department as having been relieved of toll from 1945 onwards. I have no complete information as to the reasons:

Denton Bridge.
Dornie Bridge.
Iron Bridge.
