Wellsasked the Minister of Transport and Civil Aviation if, in view of the decision of the Railway Executive to patch up King's Ferry Bridge at an estimated cost of £80,000, he will favourably consider the Kent County Council's scheme for improving this sole land approach to the Isle of Sheppey.
